HR Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in HR and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR database
  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and policies
  • Handle employee queries and provide administrative support
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
