Job Title: HR Assistant

Job Summary:
The HR Assistant – will support core HR administrative and operational functions with a focus on labor reporting, employee case management, and compliance-related documentation. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in Excel for generating reports and managing workforce data.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare and maintain labor and staff summary reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Analyze workforce data and generate insights for management review
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data across systems
- Develop automated reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functions
2. Case Handling & File Closures
- Manage and process absconding worker cases, including documentation and system updates
- Handle closure of medical unfit employee cases in compliance with company policy and labor regulations
- Maintain proper records and ensure all case files are audit-ready
3. HR Operations Support
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes as required
- Coordinate with internal departments for employee-related matters
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
4. Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and HR processes
- Implement Excel-based automation for recurring HR tasks
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or administration
- Experience handling employee case management (absconding, medical cases, etc.) preferred
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel (Mandatory): Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Familiarity with HRMS systems
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
