HR Assistant

About the Role:

ML Bench is seeking an HR Assistant with 6 months to 1 year of experience who can effectively manage recruitment activities, employee onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting both employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation activities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in attendance management, leave tracking, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR reports and recruitment updates as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of HR experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Familiarity with HRMS or HR management tools.
• Experience in a software house or IT industry is mandatory.

Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM
