Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources Department with daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee documentation, attendance management, HR record maintenance, onboarding, and general HR coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Administration
- Maintain employee files and HR records accurately.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts, letters, and HR documents.
- Update employee information in HR systems and databases.
- Ensure proper filing of employee documents and records.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Screen CVs and maintain candidate databases.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Follow up on joining formalities and documentation.
Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Assist in preparing attendance reports for payroll processing.
- Follow up on missing attendance records and employee documentation.
Employee Relations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Support disciplinary and grievance documentation as required.
Visa & Compliance Support
- Coordinate with PRO regarding visa and labor documentation.
- Maintain records of visa expiry, Emirates ID, insurance, and other employee documents.
- Track document renewal schedules and ensure compliance.
General Support
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as required.
- Coordinate with various departments for HR-related matters.
- Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of HR/Admin experience are welcome to apply.
- Husband Visa or Own Visa holders preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
