HR Assistant

Location: Al Ghayil Industrial Area, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic HR Assistant to support our day-to-day HR operations and contribute to creating a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily HR and administrative operations
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
• Support onboarding and employee communication processes
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate databases
• Coordinate with employees and departments to ensure smooth HR operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law will be an added advantage
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply
