HR Assistant

Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about human resources and enjoys supporting recruitment, employee administration, and daily HR operations. The successful candidate will assist in creating a positive workplace while ensuring HR processes are carried out efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases regularly.
• Support attendance management, leave administration, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR events.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential personnel records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR management software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
