We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Assistant to support the daily operations of our Human Resources department. This role is responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and general HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be professional, efficient, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with posting job openings and coordinating recruitment activities.
- Review resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
- Support the onboarding process, including preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both electronic and physical.
- Prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources.
- Support benefits administration, enrollment, and related tasks.
- Assist with timekeeping and payroll-related data entry.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Support HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and departmental activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role (preferred).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
