HR Assistant-Female

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our human resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Experience:

• Construction Industry/ Manpower Supply Industry: 2 years (Required)
• Well known of HR functions of recruitment/performance management/policy maker
• Recruitment: 2 years (Required)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably with expertise in blue collar recruitment from India,Nepal etc & UAE and white collar recruitment in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
• Familiarity with job portals, recruitment consultancies, and other relevant platforms in the UAE.
• Strong networking and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
