HR Assistant- (Female)

Role Purpose

The HR Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the HR department by performing administrative and clerical duties. This role involves maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating HR projects, handling employee queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities of the Role

· Assist with daily HR functions and administrative tasks.

· Maintain and update employee records (both hard and soft copies).

· Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities such as recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.

· Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).

· Assist Talent Acquisition Specialist in sourcing and updating the candidate database.

· Coordinate HR-related projects such as meetings, training, and employee surveys.

· Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.

· Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

· Assist employees with annual leave ticketing processes in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Administration, Management.

Previous Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.

Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this Role

· 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.

· Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

NOTE: Candidates with spouse VISA preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
