HR Assistant - Generalist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant – Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration while ensuring smooth coordination with employees and government-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new employees
  • Maintain employee files, records, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate visa, labour card, and PRO-related processes
  • Support employee requests, letters, and HR inquiries
  • Assist with resignations, final settlements, and clearance procedures
  • Coordinate ADHICS requirements and Emiratization-related tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law

Requirements:

  • Previous HR or administrative experience is preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
