Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork processing, orientation sessions, and employee training logistics.
- Support HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing HR-related documents.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to support employee engagement and retention.
- Contribute to employee relations activities, including assisting with conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and support effective HR practices.
