We are looking for a Female HR Assistant Jr. Level who is successful at finding and placing talent, specifically for a manufacturing business.
You should be very familiar with the UAE labor laws, be very organized, ensuring we are constantly ahead in terms of placing and building a strong team.
You will manage all aspects of HR and be able to independently run the HR function, with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
1. Lead the complete recruitment process, from talent sourcing to interviewing, hiring & retaining.
2. Develop and implement onboarding plans, incentive plans, and maintain organized employee files.
3. Manage attendance, absences, sick leave, late arrivals, and a vacation plan for optimal efficiency
4. Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and resolving disputes fairly and consistently.
5. Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
6. Stay informed about changes in HR laws and update policies accordingly.
7. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development
8. Promote productivity, employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
9. Address conflicts promptly and impartially, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture
10. . Keep clear records of warnings issued, notifications issued for changes in policies, by employee.
11. Coordinate with department heads to ensure adequate staffing during peak vacation times.
12. Organize and maintain a filing system (digital and physical), with a database on Excel.
13. Ability to prioritize tasks, emails, phone calls, and arrange meetings and business events.
14. Assist with other administrative tasks, taking the lead on certain projects.
15. Flexible multi-tasker, works with minimum supervision, has the ability to prioritize and organize
Requirements and skills
1. Has 0-1 work experience in Human Resources.
2. Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
3. Understanding of UAE labor laws and disciplinary procedures
4. Proficient in MS Office
5. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
8. Strong ethics and reliability
9. BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further Human Resources training is a plus
