HR Assistant - Male

Recruitment Responsibilities:

• Publish job advertisements and collect resumes.
• Conduct initial screening and tests.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate data sheets and reports.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day administrative activities.
• Update and manage internal WhatsApp communication groups.

Other Responsibilities:

• Assist with ESI enrollment and related HR processes.
• Coordinate communication between site staff and management.
• Supervise staff-related activities and documentation.
• Support monthly payroll preparation.
• Ensure smooth collection of payments from sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
