HR Assistant for UAE
A leading outsourcing company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Assistant to join immediately.
Responsibilities
- Provide counseling on HR policies, procedures, and workflow to workers.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans of new arrived employees.
- Provide induction to onboarding employees on company policies and site work.
- Passport, Visa & Emirates ID administration
- Maintain employee records in line with HR requirements and standards.
- Daily data entry in ERP, to generate flawless payroll, pay slip generation, etc.
- Deliver necessary office administration work.
- Interact with employees on various subjects to solve employee concerns and issues.
- Prepare and submit required HR reports and analysis.
Requirements and skills
- Minimum 1-year experience as HR Assistant, administrator, or other HR position
- Knowledge of HR functions and understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
