Job Title:* Assistant Manager - HR

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager - HR. The ideal candidate will have expertise in statutory compliance, HRMS, payroll processing, and industrial relations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)

- Manage HRMS and ensure accurate payroll processing

- Maintain employee records and data

- Handle industrial relations, including grievance handling and disciplinary actions

- Support recruitment and talent acquisition

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

- Conduct employee engagement initiatives

Required Skills:

- Statutory compliance expertise

- HRMS and payroll management

- Industrial Relations (IR) experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
