We are looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager – HR to support and manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring HR compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Coordinate training and employee engagement activities
- Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
