We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Generalist with a strong background in the BPO/Call Center industry. This role is critical to driving HR initiatives that support business objectives while fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has prior hands-on experience in managing HR operations in the BPO sector.
Job Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Focus on hiring for call center and BPO operations roles.
- Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns, manage grievance handling, and support conflict resolution.
- Foster a healthy, engaging, and performance-driven workplace culture.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Ensure adherence to HR and operational standards relevant to the BPO industry.
Performance & Development
- Administer performance appraisal cycles and support managers with performance improvement plans.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide support on related queries.
- Coordinate with payroll teams/providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
HRIS & Reporting
- Manage HRIS/ATS tools for employee data, recruitment tracking, and reporting.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics for decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of HR Generalist experience, with at least 2+ years in the BPO/Call Center industry (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in handling employee engagement, operations, and recruitment in BPO environments.
- Excellent communication, conflict management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Preferred Skills
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Experience working night shifts and managing large-scale BPO teams.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Location: Wapda Town, Lahore
Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Night Shift)
Compensation: PKR 150,000 – 200,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
