Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR Department.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases for factory staff.
  • Assist in recruitment processes: posting vacancies, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate attendance, leaves, and overtime tracking for production employees.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, warnings, memos, and certificates.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing updated attendance and manpower reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company HR policies.
  • Assist in handling employee relations issues and escalating matters when needed.
  • Support training coordination, health & safety documentation, and employee engagement programs.
  • Coordinate with operations, production, and admin teams on HR-related requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Labour Law and HR procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
