The Role
We are seeking a dynamic HR Administrator & PMO professional to join our teams across key cities in Saudi Arabia. This role offers the exciting opportunity to support both human resources operations and project management functions within diverse sectors including banking, IT, consulting, and government. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in optimizing HR processes while ensuring successful project delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks including recruitment coordination, employee records management, and onboarding processes. - Support the Project Management Office (PMO) by coordinating project schedules, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. - Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company strategies and compliance requirements. - Track project progress and prepare regular status reports to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets. - Serve as a liaison between HR, project teams, and management to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication. - Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations across all HR and project management activities. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR and PMO functions by identifying opportunities and proposing solutions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in HR administration and project management support, ideally within banking, IT, consulting, or government sectors. - 2-3yrs experience is minimum required. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with HRIS systems and project management tools. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. - Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable. - Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus. - Ability to work in dynamic environments and adapt to changing priorities across multiple locations.
