We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant with at least 1 year of prior experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in HR or a related field and be capable of supporting daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee records management, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and letters
- Coordinate with payroll and accounts for employee-related matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
- Handle employee queries and provide administrative support
- Assist in organizing HR activities and employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience in HR role
- Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
