HR Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: On-site
Schedule: 4 hours per day (part-time)

Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily workforce and payroll operations. This role focuses on accurate time tracking and effective communication with our on-site HR team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track employee work hours and verify accurate time records
  • Compile and submit timesheets for payroll processing
  • Communicate regularly with on-site HR personnel to resolve discrepancies
  • Distribute pay statements and provide assistance with basic payroll inquiries
  • Maintain confidential employee information with accuracy and compliance

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in HR, payroll support, or administrative tasks preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in basic Excel or time-management systems (preferred)
  • Must be able to work on-site each scheduled day
