HR Assistant (Payroll & Benefits)

Manama, Bahrain

We are looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle all payroll-related tasks, employee leave settlements, final settlements, and ensure compliance with company policies and Bahrain labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Handle employee leave settlements and maintain leave records
  • Manage final settlements including calculation of end-of-service benefits
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and internal HR policies
  • Maintain proper documentation for all HR transactions
  • Support in other HR tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and HR operations
  • Strong understanding of Bahrain Labor Law and employee benefits
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
