Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Duties:
- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offers, and warnings.
- Handle payroll administration and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Organize training sessions and performance evaluations.
- Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters professionally.
- Assist in organizing campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and training programs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with recruiters and industry professionals.
- Manage end-to-end placement activities, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with employers, and collecting feedback.
- Guide students on interview preparation, resume building, and professional etiquette.
- Address queries related to placements and career development.
- Maintain records of placement activities, employer databases, and student profiles.
- Prepare and share placement reports with management.
- Visit employer sites as required to strengthen ties with recruitment partners.
- Represent the organization at various recruitment events.
