We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be the face of Infrrd for top talent and a true advocate for the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering, product, and technology roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling JDs, and design agile hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Source and attract top talent through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, events, and beyond.
  • Conduct meaningful candidate assessments for both technical expertise and cultural alignment.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, keeping communication clear, timely, and human.
  • Partner with the People & Talent team to strengthen our employer brand in the tech community.
  • Use data-driven practices to track pipeline health, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Drive end-to-end campus hiring programs, building the next generation of Infrrdians.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with market intelligence, industry trends, and innovative recruiting practices.

Required Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–7 years of technical recruiting experience in a product-based or high-growth tech company.
  • Proven track record of hiring Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, Designers, and other top-tier roles.
  • Hands-on sourcing skills using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for technology with a strong understanding of software development life cycles and tech stacks.
