Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates from various platforms for our IT staffing needs.
• Screen and assess candidates to match client requirements effectively.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify specific job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and progress.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs better.
• Negotiate salary and terms of employment with candidates.
• Analyze market trends to strategize recruitment efforts and stay ahead of competitors.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or in a similar role within the IT staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruitment process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with various recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to sell candidates on opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
