Senior Title search Consultant

We seek candidates who can undertake online title search on Kaveri Online Services portal and prepare a TSR, legal opinion, title and audit report in a specific format. They also need to get the paid online EC which is reimbursable. Report has to be delivered in a specific time frame.

Senior positions of lawyers who can sign reports. Min 5 yrs relevant experience required for this.

Must have knowledge about all aspects of verifying title ownership for Maharashtra. Must have knowledge of RERA, Bhoomi portal, CERSAI, SARFESAI, courts cases search, property tax and all other sources of information and also how to verify them.

Knowledge of basic MS office tools and working on online websites is required. Candidate need to be open to new technology.

Per search/EC and/or report payment model will be followed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 36 per week
