*Job Responsibilities:*

Handle end-to-end recruitment process

Source candidates via job portals, social media & referrals

Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews

Maintain candidate database & follow up regularly

Coordinate with clients for hiring needs

Requirements

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
