Sourcing & Attracting Talent:
- Use various channels such as job boards, social media, job fairs, and employee referrals to source potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other external partners.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing:
- Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers and provide recommendations based on interview outcomes.
- Administer relevant pre-employment tests and reference checks.
Recruitment Marketing:
- Promote job openings on social media platforms and company websites.
- Assist in developing recruitment campaigns to enhance the employer brand and attract top talent.
Onboarding Support:
- Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by assisting with the onboarding process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and other departments to ensure new employee paperwork, orientation, and training schedules are in place.
