HR ASSISTANT - RECRUITMENT

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant – Recruitment to support our HR and Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should be currently based in Bahrain, able to join immediately, and possess a strong understanding of Bahrain Labour Law to ensure smooth recruitment operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Post job openings on Indeed and other online recruitment platforms.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation in compliance with Bahrain Labour Law.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining formalities.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment and onboarding.
  • Support HR team in documentation and record-keeping related to recruitment.
  • Assist in employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR support.
  • Good knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, work permits, and visa regulations.
  • Experience posting jobs on Indeed and managing online applications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate availability and residence in Bahrain.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition strategies and recruitment campaigns.
