Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant – Recruitment to support our HR and Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should be currently based in Bahrain, able to join immediately, and possess a strong understanding of Bahrain Labour Law to ensure smooth recruitment operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Post job openings on Indeed and other online recruitment platforms.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation in compliance with Bahrain Labour Law.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment and onboarding.
- Support HR team in documentation and record-keeping related to recruitment.
- Assist in employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR support.
- Good knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, work permits, and visa regulations.
- Experience posting jobs on Indeed and managing online applications.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability and residence in Bahrain.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with HRIS/ATS systems.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition strategies and recruitment campaigns.
