HR Assistant
Wingstop & Pizza Patrón Restaurants | San Antonio, TX
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support our growing restaurant organization operating multiple locations across South Texas, Phoenix, Tucson, Kansas, Missouri, and New Mexico.
This role plays an important part in supporting our restaurant teams by assisting with new hire onboarding, employee records, and HR administrative processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates well with managers, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, in-office position supporting restaurants for Wingstop and Pizza Patrón.
Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming HR-related calls and assist restaurant managers with HR support needs

Process new hire onboarding paperwork and employee documentation

Process employee terminations and update employee records

Maintain accurate and organized employee personnel files

Communicate regularly with restaurant managers regarding HR processes and documentation

Assist with special projects and additional HR administrative duties as assigned

Support a positive employee experience across all restaurant locations
Qualifications
-
1–3 years of HR administrative or HR support experience

Strong typing and data entry skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
