The Role

Coordinate daily staffing for the nursing department.

Maintain employee records, including attendance, tardiness, and contact lists.

Collaborate with the HR Director on modified work duties and policy compliance.

Manage hiring/discharge paperwork and employee leave requests.

Connect with applicants regarding position availability and coordinate interviews.
What You Bring

Required: Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
