Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant with strong hands-on expertise in TimeTrax software to manage daily workforce tracking and time management operations. This role requires someone who understands TimeTrax inside out, not just data entry, but complete control of attendance logic, shifts, exceptions, and reporting.

This is an on-site position based near Thokar Niaz Baig / Raiwind Road, suitable for candidates residing in or around Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of TimeTrax (attendance rules, shifts, rosters, overtime, leaves, corrections).
• Daily monitoring and validation of employee time data.
• Handling anomalies such as missing punches, late arrivals, early departures, and manual adjustments.
• Generating accurate TimeTrax reports for HR and payroll coordination.
• Maintaining compliance with internal attendance policies.
• Supporting HR operations related to attendance, records, and employee data.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience working extensively on TimeTrax software.
• Deep understanding of TimeTrax configuration, rules, and reporting (not basic usage).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a structured, on-site office environment.
• Prior HR or time-management support experience is required.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
