HR Assistant/Cl Care Manager

✅ Immediate Hire: HR Assistant / Client Care Scheduler – Full-Time (Spanish Bilingual preferred)
Location: Exton, PA
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

Human Resources Support

• Assist the HR Manager in the recruitment process: screen applicants, conduct follow-ups, and help manage the hiring pipeline.
• Evaluate and monitor recruitment needs to ensure all clients receive the care they need.

Scheduling / Care Coordination

• Coordinate and schedule caregivers for both new and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date computer schedules and care recipient information.
• Use good judgment to ensure top-quality client care and caregiver placements.

Client & Caregiver Relations

• Build and maintain professional, positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
• Proactively resolve client issues or concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Participate in on-call rotation (1 evening per week or 1 weekend per month).

✅ Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in management or customer service (healthcare setting preferred).
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated by creating meaningful experiences for others.
• Tech-savvy with scheduling software or eager to learn.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Spanish Bilingual
