Job Summary

The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department by managing daily administrative tasks, assisting in recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and helping ensure smooth HR operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

 Assist with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

 Coordinate pre-employment checks (references, documents, background verification).

 Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.

 Support new employee onboarding and orientation. HR Administration

 Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, leave, personal information).

 Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, memos, and documentation.

 Support HR policies and procedures implementation.

 Manage HR databases and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree.

 0–1 years of HR in experience (freshers may apply). Skills Required

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Work Environment

 Full-time position

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
