<ul><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.</li><li>Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.</li><li>Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and systems.</li><li>Maintain internal controls and recommend improvements to ensure financial accuracy and safeguard company assets.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.</li><li>Support external and internal audits, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor queries.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and tax filings.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior accounting staff.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
