Key Responsibilities:
1. Convert qualified leads into active opportunities through discussions and presentations.
2. Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and customer requirement gathering.
3. Prepare and submit quotes, proposals, and rental solutions.
4. Lead negotiations and secure orders from new and repeat customers.
5. Manage BDR performance by reviewing lead quality and pipeline contribution.
6. Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure project satisfaction.
7. Provide feedback to Sales Manager on market trends and competition.
Mandatory Qualifications:
1. Graduate Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil)
2. 2-4 years of B2B industrial sales experience, preferably in construction/rental equipment.
3. Strong technical understanding of cranes/construction equipment/rack and pinion equipment/scaffolding rental service industry or similar solutions.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
