We are looking for a professional and experienced HR Assistant / Recruitment to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong HR knowledge with good experience in recruitment and employee coordination.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily HR and administrative operations
- Handle recruitment processes including posting jobs, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews
- Must be able to speak Tagalog and English
- Support onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR files
- Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements
- Prepare HR letters and reports when required
- Handle communication with candidates and employees professionally
- Support overall HR department activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or HR support role
- Good experience in recruitment and hiring process
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional attitude and good coordination skills
- UAE experience is preferred
