HR Assistant/Recruitment

We are looking for a professional and experienced HR Assistant / Recruitment to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong HR knowledge with good experience in recruitment and employee coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily HR and administrative operations
  • Handle recruitment processes including posting jobs, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews
  • Must be able to speak Tagalog and English
  • Support onboarding and employee documentation
  • Maintain employee records and HR files
  • Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements
  • Prepare HR letters and reports when required
  • Handle communication with candidates and employees professionally
  • Support overall HR department activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or HR support role
  • Good experience in recruitment and hiring process
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Professional attitude and good coordination skills
  • UAE experience is preferred
