We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination

Support performance management processes

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues

Assist in HR reporting and administrative tasks

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 2 years of proven HR experience

Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Preferred Skills:

Experience with HR software

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
