About the role:

In this role, you'll be a key part of our HR function, supporting employees throughout their entire lifecycle. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, managing our HR systems, fostering a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, and contributing to our employer branding efforts.



What you'll do:

  • Employee Engagement : You'll help drive initiatives that strengthen our company culture. This includes assisting with the planning and execution of company events and programs, distributing employee surveys, and helping to analyze the results to create a workplace where our team feels connected, supported, and happy.
  • Employer Branding : You will help us tell our story and showcase our company as a great place to work. You'll assist in creating compelling content for our careers page and social media channels and support our participation in events that help us attract and recruit top talent.
  • HR Operations : You'll manage core HR administrative tasks with a focus on data accuracy and efficiency. This includes maintaining meticulous employee files, processing documentation (like new hire paperwork, promotions, appraisals), and ensuring our HR practices are seamless and compliant with regulations.



Who you are:

  • You hav e 2-3 years of experien ce in a Human Resources role.
  • You have a proven ability to manage and maintain an HR system or similar database.
  • You have a passion for creating positive and engaging employee experiences.
  • You have exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • You have a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently while being a great team player.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
