Job Summary
Solvefy is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support daily HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in core HR activities, strong Microsoft Excel skills, sound research capabilities, and excellent reporting and documentation skills. This role offers exposure to end-to-end HR processes in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and manage HR records, trackers, and databases using Microsoft Excel
- Prepare HR reports, summaries, and perform basic data analysis for management review
- Assist in recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring complete and accurate documentation
- Conduct HR-related research (R&D) on policies, compliance requirements, HR practices, and market trends
- Ensure proper filing, data accuracy, and confidentiality of employee records
- Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders for HR-related queries and support
- Assist the HR Manager/Lead in day-to-day operational and administrative HR tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in an HR-related role or internship
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (data management, formulas, HR trackers, and basic reporting)
- Good understanding of core HR operations, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes
- Strong research and analytical (R&D) skills with the ability to gather and interpret HR-related information
- Excellent report writing and documentation skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Professional attitude with a clear understanding of confidentiality, ethics, and workplace conduct
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
