Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The role involves assisting in employee lifecycle management, maintaining HR records, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth HR processes in compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (offer letters, joining formalities, exit procedures)
- Coordinate attendance, leaves, and employee data through HRMS (e.g., Zoho People or similar)
- Assist in payroll coordination by sharing accurate employee data with finance
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leaves, and benefits
- Assist in recruitment
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
- Assist in drafting HR letters (appointment, confirmation, warning, experience, etc.)
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS as required
- Support audits and internal HR documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6 Months to 1 year of experience in HR operations or general HR role
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in an IT or software company
- Familiarity with Pakistan labor laws (basic level)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
