We are looking for a motivated and confident HR Associate to support our HR operations, especially in outreach, screening, recruitment, employee management, and day-to-day HR coordination. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent spoken English, and the ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment.
Role Overview
As an HR Associate, you will assist in managing core HR functions, with a major focus on talent outreach, candidate communication, screening, recruitment coordination, and employee support. You will work closely with the HR and management teams to ensure smooth hiring processes, effective employee communication, and proper execution of HR policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate should be energetic, well-spoken, detail-oriented, and confident in communicating with candidates, employees, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the complete recruitment process, including outreach, screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Conduct candidate outreach through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, email, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on role requirements.
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR records.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal teams.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth joining process.
- Support employee management, including attendance coordination, documentation, and internal communication.
- Help maintain HR policies, employee files, and compliance-related documentation.
- Assist in performance follow-ups, employee engagement activities, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Support management with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Ensure timely and professional communication across all HR-related matters.
RequirementsEducation
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, English, or any relevant field.
Experience
- Fresh to 1–2 years of relevant HR, recruitment, customer service, or administrative experience.
- Prior experience in recruitment, outreach, or talent acquisition will be preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in outreach, follow-ups, and professional candidate communication.
- Good understanding of recruitment and screening processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and hiring pipelines.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and recruitment platforms.
