Job Title: HR Assistant (Real Estate Team)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Assistant to support daily HR operations while playing an active role in team performance and development. This is not a purely administrative position—the HR Assistant will help drive agent engagement, support training coordination, and ensure smooth communication between management, agents, and clients when needed.

The ideal candidate has a strong personality, can follow up effectively, and is both supportive and results-focused.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily HR operations and ensure smooth coordination across the team

Assist in organizing and scheduling training sessions for agents

Follow up with agents on attendance, performance, and development progress

Track agent activity, attendance, and basic performance indicators

Support recruitment processes (screening CVs, scheduling interviews, onboarding new agents)

Act as a communication link between management and agents to ensure clarity and alignment

Help ensure agents are responsive to clients and maintaining professional standards

Follow up on pending tasks and ensure agents are taking action (deals, client follow-ups, property listings)

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Support in evaluating agent performance and reporting issues to management

Encourage a positive, motivated, and disciplined work environment

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Confident personality with the ability to follow up and push for completion of tasks

Previous experience in HR, coordination, or administration is preferred

Basic understanding of recruitment and training processes

Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Positive attitude with a supportive and team-focused mindset

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
