Job Summary
We are seeking a well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
HR Associate
to join our team in Pune. This role will support
end-to-end HR Operations
, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, attendance and records management, and coordination with internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have
hands-on experience using Zoho HR systems
, strong communication skills, the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks independently, and willingness to work
night shifts to support global operations
.
Key Responsibilities

Manage employee onboarding activities, including documentation, profile creation, induction coordination, and verification processes
-
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accurately
-
Handle attendance tracking, leave management, shift schedules, and system updates through
Zoho People
or similar HRIS tools
-
Support HR compliance requirements including policy documentation, audit readiness, and record upkeep
-
Coordinate with internal teams and leadership regarding HR requests, data updates, and employee engagement activities
-
Provide assistance on grievance handling, query resolution, and escalation follow-through
-
Generate HR reports, dashboards, MIS, and analytics as required
-
Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive HR data and employee information
-
Assist in execution of HR operational improvements and workflow enhancements
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-
5 to 6 years
of experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management
-
Mandatory working knowledge of Zoho People / Zoho HRMS
for HR-related workflows
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing structured processes
-
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Comfortable working in
US Shift (Night Shift)
