Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Associate to support day-to-day human resources operations. The role involves recruitment coordination, employee records management, and HR administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies
  • Assist in training, engagement, and HR initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Education & Experience

  • Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0–2 years of HR experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
