Position Summary:

The HR Auditor is responsible for evaluating and ensuring that the organization’s HR practices comply with relevant local laws and client requirements. This role conducts audits and recommends corrective actions to mitigate compliance risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits of hiring and HR records to ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare for external audits and investigations.
• Remediate and follow up on potential compliance gaps.
• Develop audit reports and recommendations to HR and leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or legal
• Prior experience in HR auditing, HR compliance, or a related function.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Broad HR Compliance Expertise: Deep understanding of local labor laws and HR compliance standards. Ability to audit all types of HR records , not just SIO (Staffing & Internal Operations) transactions. Experience identifying and addressing non-compliant HR practices .
• Strong interpersonal skills to work across all levels of the organization.
• Process Creation & Problem Solving in Ambiguous Environments
• Skilled in developing, analyzing, and presenting HR compliance reporting and audit metrics to leadership. Experience or demonstrated ability to scale compliance programs to multiple countries/regions. Understanding of global compliance frameworks and cross-border HR practices is a strong advantage.
