A Business Development Executive (BDE) in HR drives growth by finding new clients/opportunities (BD) and supports internal talent (HR), focusing on strategic sales, relationship building, market research, proposal creation, negotiation, while also handling recruitment, employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR strategy to ensure talent supports business goals, requiring strong sales, people, and strategic skills for a dual role in revenue generation and people management. Business Development Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.

HR Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Contribute to talent management and development strategies.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and HR initiatives.
