Job Title: HR Business Partner
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive HR Business Partner to support the HRBP in aligning people strategies with business objectives. The role focuses on enhancing workforce effectiveness, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and fostering a positive employee experience. Acting as a bridge between employees and management, this position plays a key role in driving organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HRBP in executing HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Assist with workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve employee issues and strengthen team performance.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
- Track and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, hiring patterns, and grievances; prepare actionable insights.
- Facilitate performance reviews, probation evaluations, and training needs assessments.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and smooth implementation of HR policies.
- Contribute to diversity & inclusion initiatives, organizational culture, and employee recognition programs.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, performance management, grievance handling, and L&D.
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, HRMS tools, and HR reporting.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a business-partnering capacity.
- Exposure to organizational development or change management practices will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
