The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a vital role serving as a strategic link between the HR department and senior leadership. This role supports departments, units, and clinics by delivering high-impact HR solutions that align with our organization’s mission, values, and long-term goals.
Strategic Partnership & Consulting

Build strong relationships with leaders across the organization, offering expert guidance on HR programs and initiatives to create a productive, engaged, and inclusive work environment.

Partner with leaders to understand departmental goals and identify HR strategies that drive business success.

Serve as the primary HR liaison between senior leadership and the Administrative Director of HR, ensuring effective communication and execution of HR initiatives.
Team Member Relations & Leadership Support

Conduct regular check-ins and provide ongoing coaching to leaders on performance management, team dynamics, policy interpretation, and talent development.

Provide guidance and resolution support for employee relations and provider relations issues, including conducting thorough investigations and preparing summary reports.

Maintain in-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, etc.), partnering with Legal as necessary to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
Data, Insights & Compliance

Use data and reporting to identify HR trends, recommend solutions, and inform decision-making.

Maintain accurate documentation for all employee matters, inquiries, and transactions.

Collaborate with HR Compliance on audits, surveys, recordkeeping, and policy reviews to ensure adherence to regulations and best practices.
Talent Management & Organizational Development

Work closely with the HR Organizational Development team to support performance management, training programs, and development planning.

Identify training and coaching needs for departments and help coordinate appropriate learning opportunities.

Contribute to the creation and review of job descriptions and support annual compensation and pay practice evaluations.
Recruitment & Retention

Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and leadership to design and implement effective recruiting and retention strategies.

Coordinate with Onboarding and Contract Management teams to ensure accurate and timely communication regarding provider compensation and scheduling updates.
Collaboration & Culture

Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented HR environment by providing support to TMR colleagues and ensuring smooth cross-functional operations.

Support the development and evolution of HR policies, ensuring consistency with the organization’s mission, culture, and values.
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required or equivalent related experience
Experience
-
Minimum 3 years of professional HR generalist experience, encompassing multiple HR disciplines
-
Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience with a strong focus on relationship management and issue resolution
-
Proficiency with HRIS platforms and HR analytics tools
