What You’ll Do:

• Partner with frontline managers and nurses to support HR strategy and operations.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and organizational design.
• Collaborate across HR teams to deliver integrated, people-first solutions.
• Analyze HR data to inform talent and engagement strategies.

What You Bring:

• 3–5+ years of HR experience (healthcare preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience supporting clinical teams.
• PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.
